Coffee price update today: Vietnam and international market trends

1. Robusta Coffee Prices in Vietnam
As of the latest update, Robusta coffee prices in Vietnam ranged from 121,000 – 121,500 VND/kg (equivalent to 4.63 – 4.65 USD/kg). Specifically:

• Lâm Đồng, Gia Lai: 121,200 VND/kg (4.64 USD/kg)
• Đắk Lắk, Đắk Nông: 121,500 VND/kg (4.65 USD/kg)
• Quảng Ngãi, Đồng Nai, Bình Phước: 121,000 VND/kg (4.63 USD/kg)

Overall, the domestic market maintained stable prices around 121,000 VND/kg, with slight variations among key producing regions.

2. Arabica Coffee Prices in Brazil
In Brazil – the world’s largest producer of Arabica – prices were recorded at:

• Ranging from 30.17 – 30.83 BRL/kg (equivalent to 5.57 – 5.69 USD/kg).
• Major regions such as Guaxupé, Poços de Caldas, Patrocínio, and Varginha remained stable at around 5.6 USD/kg.

This shows that Brazilian Arabica prices remain stable compared to last week.

3. Arabica Coffee Prices in Colombia
Colombia – renowned for its high-quality Arabica coffee – reported:

• 23,864 COP/kg, equivalent to 5.96 USD/kg.
• The COP was trading at around 4,002 COP/USD.

Compared to Brazil, Colombian Arabica is about 0.3 – 0.4 USD/kg higher, reflecting differences in quality and branding.

4. Robusta Coffee Prices in Indonesia
In Indonesia, Robusta coffee from Sumatra was recorded at:

• 60,000 IDR/kg, equivalent to 3.65 USD/kg.

This price is much lower than Vietnamese Robusta, giving Indonesia a competitive edge in price-sensitive export markets.

5. Robusta Coffee Prices on the London Exchange
On the ICE London exchange, Robusta futures continued to decline slightly:

• September 2025: 4,602 USD/ton (equivalent to 120,287 VND/kg)
• November 2025: 4,399 USD/ton (114,981 VND/kg)
• January 2026: 4,317 USD/ton (112,838 VND/kg)

The decline of 217 – 229 USD/ton reflects profit-taking pressure and stable supply from major producing countries.

6. Arabica Coffee Prices on the New York Exchange
On ICE New York, Arabica futures showed a downward trend:

• September 2025: 382.20 cents/lb (221,999 VND/kg)
• November 2025: 370.35 cents/lb (215,116 VND/kg)
• January 2026: 358.75 cents/lb (208,378 VND/kg)

The decline of -14.65 to -15.75 cents/lb was mainly due to supply pressure from Brazil and slightly weaker consumption after the peak season.

7. Arabica Coffee Prices in Brazil (Domestic Market)
In Brazil’s domestic market, Arabica coffee prices were:
